En algún momento te habrá pasado, que mezclando o masterizando en tu estudio, sientes que escuchas todo muy bien, pero cuando llevas el mismo archivo de audio fuera del estudio, y lo reproduces en tu sistema de absoluta confianza, te enteras que suena muy diferente a lo que escuchaste en el control de tu estudio. Esta situación, suele ser más común de lo que creemos, y el diagnóstico es simple: está descalibrado el monitoreo. Claro está, hay que estudiar la magnitud de esa descalibración.
En este podcast podrás seguir paso a paso, mi método de calibración de traducción sonora. Es muy fácil y efectivo, y yo lo utilizo para corregir este inconveniente de trabajo, y asegurarme que cada productor o artista que me elije para sus mastering, no sufra de esta diferencia de traducción sonora al momento de escuchar atentamente, para aprobar o indicar ajustes de gusto sonoro del resultado conseguido.
